BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP – NEGATIVE EXPERIENCEnnI’m writing this review to warn other buyers about my experience with this dealership, particularly with Mathys B. and his boss Alex, who supported his actions.nnI purchased a used vehicle from this dealer, trusting that, as an authorized Honda dealership, they would handle the sale with transparency and professionalism. They assured me that the car would undergo a thorough inspection before being sold and that it was in perfect condition, with no prior accidents—only minor scratches, which are normal for a used car.nnOn the day of the purchase, I signed multiple documents, but they only gave me the first page of the “Knowledge and Release” document, which should have included the vehicle’s Carfax report. I asked about it, and they told me they would provide it at the end of the process, but that never happened.nnA few days later, after clearing the snow from the car, I noticed several suspicious dents. I returned to the dealership to demand the Carfax report and clarify my concerns. They assured me they would provide it, but when they tried to access it, their system showed it as “restricted,” and only the salesperson had access. They promised to email it to me, but I never received it.nnAfter multiple attempts and visits to the dealership, they finally gave me the Carfax report, and that’s when I discovered that the car had been in three previous accidents, something they never disclosed before the purchase. When I demanded a solution—whether a price adjustment or repairs for the damages—the manager outright told me that there was nothing I could do because I had already signed the “Knowledge and Release” document.nnIn short, this dealership is not transparent or honest. If you’re considering buying a car here, inspect every detail carefully, demand all documentation BEFORE signing anything, and don’t blindly trust what they tell you. My experience was essentially a scam disguised as a legal sale, and I don’t want others to go through the same thing.nnI do not recommend this dealership at all.

I went to change my tires from winter tires to summer tires.nAfter waiting for hours, THE TIRES ARE NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY.nI had heard noises in my car and I had to go to a service location to fix the problem. The person said it was very DANGEROUS to drive on the road with the tires installed like that.nI called and emailed multiple times to talked about this problem to this location and NO RESPONSES RECEIVED.nThis is NOT a place you should trust and let them work on your cars. Please be careful.

I’m buy Honda accord 2018 here,I have very bad experience with manager Jean,before contract sign he promised me he give me 2nd key on car,after I sign contract next day ,he change his behaviour with me he told me he charged extra money to give me 2nd key otherwise I don’t you 2nd key,be honest he’s very bad heart men

I needed a dealer who would supply me a courtesy car and they were able to get me in the schedule considering I had a few things to do. I much appreciate the support I got from Marc-Andre at the service counter.
