New Kirin Eatery

Im all for supporting small businesses however, this is the second time I found black hair in my food from here. Once on the Lemon Chicken, and now in my Wonton soup. Im disgusted, staff should be wearing hairnets. No one should ever be getting hair in their food. Quality of the food was just okay as well, no flavor and it’s expensive. I won’t be coming back here again and WILL be advising everyone that they’ll get hair in their food.

Been ordering food from this establishment for decades. Arguably the best Chinese seafood restaurant in Windsor... their quality control is excellent. Decor -- unchanged since they first opened, so ambiance is not their strength. Also ventilation is not the greatest, so consider takeout if that will bother you. Be warned -- this place can be extremely busy, so you might have to wait to get your food... only 1 chef owner so peak times might have you ordering elsewhere.

Just had lunch here. Been over 3 years due to COVID. Had deep fried spicy seafood, stuffed tofu and eggplant, Chinese broccoli, hot pot grouper fish and tofu, hot and sour soup, jellyfish salad, 2 style pork chop, spicy and sweet and sour. Approx $120 for 4 people. Lots of leftovers. Recommend to everyone.

By far my favorite Chinese food in the city . Best hot and sour soup your gonna get , best lemon chicken I've ever had same with the chicken su gie. Always get the sauce on the side . The batter they use is crispy and tastes super fresh. I've always got the Peking duck meal and it's top notch. They are also well known for their hunan sauce. I'm yet to have a bad meal from here and the customer service is super friendly and amazing . Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed :

The food was amazing..we ordered a variety to try and everything was very tasty and ample portions. The fried noodles Shanghai style was delish and the soo gai, beef veg, and chicken fried rice..will definitely order again..thx new kirin eatery and happy new year

been going here for more then 30 plus years, their food is amazing always fresh, Scarlet the owner is very friendly and personable! Kid-friendliness: we were six adults and two children, staff is very patient with them, Scarlet is amazing with all customers Parking: their parking lot is huge lots of space to park even for handicapped!

Tasty Chinese food and friendly serervice with very fast delivery. Need to update the online menu or send one with delivery. Not many vegetarian dishes or combo plates without meat. The tofu and veggies was really good though. Good flavorful soups too. Would order again

Prices on website are out dated. It was $40 more for the dinners we ordered. They told us they cant update prices on the webpage. BS Will not be back, only because of their false advertising, not the food.

Excellent Chinese cuisine. Very good service. We have celebrated Birthdays and enjoyed dinners with family and friends. I usually make reservation to ensure a table. I do not think it is always necessary but it avoids disappointment. You can bring in a cake for birthdays. The lunch menu is very good and reasonable. We often get take out.
