Ordered green beans with minced pork and hot sauce. No hot sauce no salt tasted like boiled beans. Called and asked and they told me that next time I need to say Spicy Green Beans. $14.50 and was basically told not their fault. Not the same Jade as the downtown Jade. No problem charging $15 for a $2 order of beans. Don’t worry their won’t be a next time. Very disappointed.

Lovely Chinese restaurant.  So so quick with orders. The food is done delicious. I love the presentation on the bird nest dish I took. Price is very reasonable and servings are so big  Vegetarian options: Lots of option for vegetarian including just including meat in some mains  Kid-friendliness: Children are allowed  Parking: In a plaza so ample parking for free

I highly don’t recommend this place, the owner and the staff are so unprofessional. The food I ordered, the beef tasted absolutely disgusting, it tasted really old and had a very stinky smell to it. I called the restaurant and complained about the order, the lady kept yelling at me over the phone, and arguing, so I went to the restaurant to talk to the owner, the owner didn’t know any English and kept yelling at me in his language with his hand pointing at me. I kept asking her what their names was and they told me they don’t know each other’s names. I hope the health unit goes there because the food isn’t proper.  I was there for 40 minutes and they didn’t do anything for me, I will never order food from here because the customer service and the food was very bad, if I could I would give this place a 0 star

Ordered dinner at 5:50pm on New Year's eve and was given a pick-up time of 7:20 I know that they are extremely busy so I don't have a problem with the time. I get there at 7:20 they tell me 10 more minutes, not a problem.......30 minutes later still waiting. Finally at 8 my order is ready so l make sure the the thing I'm waiting for is in there but find out they gave me chicken instead of beef and they tell me they don't have time to make what I ordered fine, I take what they gave me. When I get home and open the bag I'm missing a whole meal that I ordered  so my granddaughter has no food. I call to speak to someone but they really didn't seem to care, told me I could place another order but it would take about an hour. I will never order from there again.

Never Again!  I've been pondering over posting this review for a week. Sounds crazy but I'm someone who makes an effort to support & promote local small businesses. Unfortunately, this review won't be doing either.  To make a long story short, the best part of that experience was the very polite & understanding waiter whose name I have since forgotten.  Quick summary: - over-priced - tasteless meal we tried to unsuccessfully return - stale, reused rice - cold chicken - VERY RUDE, uncompromising owner.  Do your tastebuds & wallet a favour and pass on this "restaurant".  Definitely won't be back! Should have went to Mandarin instead.

If you want to eat cold, old, disgusting Chinese food this is your place to go! The rice was hard and obviously old, chicken pieces freezing cold. When I brought my concerns up to the manager she was EXTREMELY rude and says “she’s never had a complaint in 16 years” but the other google reviews tell me a different story. Instead of offering to remove the meal she offers to reheat the rice and then storms off. I was still charged for the plate of food I didn’t eat. I spent over $100 total for my dinner and I wish I would’ve went anywhere else. The manager is not pleasant at all to say the least and she is very unprofessional! The food is horrible and I will not be doing back.

Food was pretty decent and what I expected of the taste. Quantity and price is really good and I got a 2nd meal out of it. I got the dinner combo for one which was the fried rice with chicken soo guy with beef and mixed vegetables.

first time was there. got the Shunghai noodle. taste was good and got ready really fast. a lot of food and too many shrimp on that. polite staffs and nice decent decoration.

I ordered Shanghai noodles and to my amazement there were only 5 baby shrimp in the whole container!at $17.99 i wouldve thought there would be more. I highly doubt I will order from here again or recommend this place to anyone.

Great food and customer service! Our family accidentally double paid and didn’t realize until they reached out to us to let us know !
