Went there tonight for all you can eat perch. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The food tasted spectacular and was such large portions. Totally feeling full which I love. The price was very good as well. Plus the service, it was honestly some of the best service I've ever had in this city. The woman who waited on us was extremely friendly and actually quite funny. Thank you Francos for providing such an incredible night out for me. I will be recommending to everyone I know.
Not what it used to be! We ordered a pizza and it was very heavy on dough and very stingy on sauce, cheese, and toppings. Additionally, we got olives on our pizza and we found 4 ! pits on our pizza. It could be a choking hazard or damage someone's tooth. I will say that the customer service was amazing. The woman who took my order and the woman who greeted me when I picked up our order were both lovely.
My most favourite items to order: pizza, mozzarella sticks, all pasta chicken parm and fettuccine as my top picks the club house!!!! Yum yum Always friendly service I am a regular and the workers are always working so hard when I go in for pickup. Thank you for the authentic undeniably delicious Italian cuisine! One of my favourite restaurants Shout out to Chelsea answers the phone and works front house pickup for the kindness Francos! Your food and service is appreciated and loved
Haven't ordered from Francos probably in over 10 years still quite good pizza. Ordered the Pearch also with my order surprised on how much was in the order did not expect so many pcs. Delivery time was pretty quick too under 1 hour Will definitely be ordering again
Got a big square pizza for my Birthday. Was more than impressed and there dough is not only delicious but super filling. Thanks to the staff for making a killer pie!Food: 5/5
This was my first time at Francos...I looked at the pictures and thought it has a cute tavern vibe...boy was I wrong. It is a small restaurant with white painted walls not bricked like the picture. We were greeted and placed ourselves. On the wall next to me was meat....yes pieces of meat was on the wall right next to my seat...I wiped it off and noticed there are big gapping holes in the walls where there could have been a tv of the sorts. Staff was polite but very conversational with other customers, felt like we were forgotten: took a while for food and the bill and to pay. Lack of drink options. Food was average: garlic bread and bruschetta buns were under baked. Seafood platter was under fried...went home and air fried it. Lot of older folks there which is a good hangout to catch up, but not a date spot.
usually have no issues but today our panzerotti was made wrong and the pasta we ordered did not have pasta in it - called to talk to a manager and was passed through to three people and put on hold.
I order a panzerroti. It was under cooked so very soggy. The meat sauce had basically no meat. The Maurice salad had pieces of bad lettuce. Very disappointing. Not what the food used to be.
The food here is good, it used to be really popular for pizza, so much so they had several locations. I don't go here any more. The last time I went and placed an order they sneered at me like I was garbage when I asked to pay while I was waiting for the order. When the second person did the same is when I said, cancel the order, and never went back.
3 beers on tap. Oops one tap doesn’t work. Oops second tap doesn’t work. Pizza was hot, lots of toppings and a nice firm crust but utterly tasteless and I’m not sure why. Was it the cheese, the pizza sauce, the pepperoni? Our waitress was good. Place is a soulless hole in the wall with giant weeds, and I mean giant, growing in front of the place in the sidewalk.
