Would be 5 stars however the guy who answers the phone for delivery orders is always either in a bad mood or is just rude and abburpt. Great food always fresh and hot. Pricing is fair and portion sizes are a great value. My family likes a small buffet style meal and this restaurant has always delivered

I love the food, but the guy that answer the phone is very rude and speaks way too fast, the reason why I’m giving 3 stars. I’m hoping they switch this person, because it makes people feel very uncomfortable.

Food is good but the one guy who answers the phone is the most rude person I've ever talked and just can't do it any more will not be getting food from them anymore

Food was delicious. I really linked the general tao chicken. Service was excellent.

The past 2 times we ordered, there was no flavour in the chop suey or the fried rice.

I order from here often, love visiting in restaurant as well, food is yummy and fresh, accommodating to slight alterations, family friendly. Guy who answers the phone for orders is rude and blunt. Needs to learn how to speak nicely on the phone to customers.

The owner is so rude I can't believe this place is still open I picked up chopped suey and sweet and sour chicken get it home and no white rice it's like pasta sauce w/out pasta when I called he was very rude said I was a bad customer never will I go there again

Horrible customer service the guy that answer the phone is so rude and had an attitude problem. The food was packed in such an aggressive rush that one of the sauce packets exploded in the bag.

Honestly hands down. This is the best Chinese food you can get in Windsor. I have tried over a dozen. And I would say Bamboo is consistent. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to family and friends.
