Grill 55 Restaurant

Wow...impressed with everything at this place. The service, the ambiance, and of course the amazing food. I ordered big Greek salad with chicken quesedilla and Yam fries. They were all super fresh and very very tasty.Food: 5/5

Grill 55 has immense potential but seems to be struggling through growing pains that lead to an inconsistent experience. What is consistent is the incredible waitstaff, who go out of their way to accommodate and inform patrons of what's going on at the restaurant. Their cocktail makers, in particular, do an amazing job even if they are missing some key ingredients. The food is always well made, clearly put together with care and purpose. The wings, in particular, are phenomenal. However it's apparent that sometimes the staff lose sight of the purpose of a dish. For instance I received a BLT wrap that was, by volume, about 70% lettuce and ordered a salad that was missing three key ingredients. But in contrast their wings are amazing and the desserts are excellent. The steak sandwich was immaculate. Those on the road will deeply appreciate Grill 55, while locals may find its occasional inconsistency not worth their time. Since I'm the former, I found Grill 55 to be a solid dining experience and worth my time and patronage.

I Had the Breakfast Skillet very tasty, and if you like it hot they have habanero sauce but no Frank's. Now the bottomless Coffee is $5 but completely worth every penny. It's rich, smooth & puts even the best Timmys coffee to shame they have 18% cream which is how they achieve that smooth creamy taste! The waitress was helpful and attentive never letting my cup go empty! I'll definitely be back! Come on by and check them out yourself!

Amazing restaurant for families and friends to visit. Just arrived after lunch and the chef was really helpful to serve us with tasty and delicious lunch. I recommend for everyone to try it. . Enjoy your visit at Grill 55 Restaurant.

This is not the best restaurant in the world. Prices were over what it should be for what you get. I ordered the Chicken Masala. The chicken was decent the rice was hard and over cooked. It is ok for a quick and mandatory meal nothing else. #glutenfree #localguides #gf

Decided to stay at the hotel tonight and just eat here. Had the French onion soup. It was ok..not the worst I've had but also not the best. The pub chips were good. Fresh and hot. My husband had wings, but had to send them back. It took a long time for the food to come and the wings were very overcooked and dry. He had one bite and couldn't eat anymore. It was a little discouraging hearing the staff talk to the chef and say they would never eat his food. It's very quiet in here with I think one other couple and not what you want to hear while waiting for food lol

First time back in Windsor since the pandemic.I should have paid attention to the reviews for this place. The bar is outdated furniture is worn and the decor was tired only 1 out of 3 of the old flat screen tv’s was working.as I sat at the white marble bar. Ugh it was 6:30 on a Thursday and the place was empty MY SERVER WAS GREAT Seriously. I ordered the steak sandwich which had sautéed onion mushrooms and melted cheese. It wasn’t even close to hot let alone warm and the cheese wasn’t melted and the bread made no sense it was like someone slapped together a room temp sandwich on a nonsensical bun

I was walking through a dark ally while wearing a ballerina outfit when I got jumped. I'm not even sure why because I thought I looked pretty cool. Anyways, I ended up on life support and a lady wearing deodorant earrings gave me noodles. I shoved them down her throat and demanded something better. So the lady took me here while choking the whole way but eventually we arrived. I enjoyed my food while the lady was turning purple due to a lack of oxygen. I payed no attention because the food was too good. Come here now.

We always hold our family functions here. We rent out thier room for a buffet style lunch. I have never had better service in my life. As well the price is great and the room is beautiful!Food: 5/5

Open late on Saturday night which was great for getting dinner after a long day's drive. Chef and bartender were both very accommodating and put things together so we could have what we wanted. Good food from good ingredients. Also are here in connection with the hotel for breakfast. Order from the menu, the buffet was tired.
