Authentic Chinese food in China town! Price was really reasonable, compared to other restaurants nowadays. The food was fresh and tasty. French beef and scallop are a must try : hope you experience same as we did in this restaurant.Food: 5/5
Food was ok. I do not recommend the fried tofu tastes like hot oil. The Dim Sum was pretty decent, but I've tasted more flavor in the same dishes elsewhere. The seafood was slightly bland. I loved the duck. It was annoying trying to get the waiters attention without yelling. There were hardly any other people in the restaurant and they looked too busy to check on our table. Not a horrible experience but I won't be returning for dine-in.
The food here is pretty good. Sat us down immediately, and while the staff were professional, you could tell they were tired. I hope management fixes this by giving these folks better hours and treatment. They seemed to have some troublesome customers before us too, who kept ordering water, but not drinking it. Instead, those guys just poured water on the table. Come on, we're in a drought! One thing I forgot to mention was I wanted my hot, but they gave it to me iced instead. No biggie, I drank it nonetheless, just prefer it hot, so if you order your drinks a specific way, tell them ahead of time. Parking: They validate your parking for 2hrs. They're quick with service, so if you eat fast, you can have more time to explore Chinatown!
The food at Full House is better than the restaurant's ambience would suggest. The roast duck, sizzling oysters, and Xiao long bao were our favorite dishes. The vegetable fried rice and vegetables were also very good. They also have fried peanuts and tea when you sit down, both welcome. The service at Full House is friendly, but clearly they are short staffed like many other restaurants.
I've been here for late night Chinese food twice and both experiences have been amazing. The honey walnut shrimp is to die for after a few good drinks. The mixed filet mignon was soft and savory. I also ordered the pork dumplings which were exquisite. The fact that they pour barley tea for every table free of charge is A LIFE SAVOR. I also had their vegetable fried rice which was super yummy. Thank you for the courteous service and for putting up with our drunken shenanigans.
Delicious authentic food & service. Large servings. Egg rolls could be less greasy & men's bathroom could definitely be cleaner. Great authentic experience.
Nice location. The cuisine was excellent; there are two options for chow mien, so we had both. We also ordered fried rice, orange chicken, fried squid, and dumplings, and the food was presented on substantial platters. I would definitely visit this establishment again. The restaurant was packed on the day we went for dinner, but the staff was welcoming and helpful with our order, and there was no wait for us to be seated. Overall, diners gave the establishment a rating of five stars.
Everything was great! Definitely going back when I’m in the neighborhood!
I like Chinese food and there are many meals in menu to explore. Lots of seafood options as well. Portions are big and food is delicious! Especially I like that they always bring you the teapot with hot tea and small traditional cups So far not every place has tea in teapots in LA unfortunately
The food is as usual, like my daughter said, tasty. The price is affordable. The atmosphere is fine. A friedly neighborhood restaurant. What do you want atmosphere or just an honest good food? That is their ingredient for success.Food: 5/5
