New Amsterdam Bakery

I would definitely recommend this delicious bakery. They make amazing and tasty baked goods. They can also do custom orders for you. They can also make egg-less cakes and baked goods. I really enjoy eating their cheese cakes, vanilla cakes and carrot cakes. You should definitely come and try their delicious cakes and baked goods.

Fantastic prices and fresh. So yummy. Smells like the classic bakery when you walk near by.

I wanted to come on here and talk about how amazing the cake was that I got for my parent’s anniversary. I was a little skeptical at first to try a new bakery because the last time I tried a new one it didn’t go well, the cake was very dry, the flavours just weren’t for me and my family’s liking even tho that bakery had pretty good reviews. Anyways, my family and I fell in love the cake we bought from here. The cake was so fluffy and moist and the sugar was completely balanced with the icing and the creme inside. I’m a little picky about cakes because I want them to be moist and have enough sugar but not a lot of sugar, and that cake was exactly what I was looking for, I’m definitely going back. As always amazing and light pastries. Gingerbread men cookies seem to be a year round treat much to my dh delight! Prices are very good and pleasant surprise as they must have to import flour etc. Always a treat that never sits heavy in the mouth or body.

I had a good experience with my birthday cake bought from New Amsterdam bakery : The cake was fresh, fruits inside was perfectly good and the buttercream icing was lovely, the best part was how the cake looked, check out the pictures : Thanks New Amsterdam Bakery!

We took the following: Donuts: - long Johns chocolate 4/5 - lemon custard donut 4/5 Veg pattie: 2/5 - we were told it contains beans, carrots - to our surprise it didn’t have either. Mini Apple pie - yet to try

The beef sausage rolls are the closest to the ones from the United Kingdom i have tasted. The Cornish pastie was also very nice. We went back to the car tried one and bought four more to take back to the hotel.

Amazing Bakery!! My whole family has been going to since the 90’s… just celebrated my daughters 16th birthday, the cake was done beautifully and tasted fabulous!!

No matter where I moved to throughout my life, I always seem to make the time to visit New Amsterdam Bakery to get some of my favorite cakes, sweets, deserts, breads, you name it! Even for special events like my 25th birthday, I always order and recieve a delicious and beautifully designed cake from Maggie at New Amsterdam.
