We received out of date stock! When I called to return it I was told it would have to pay for postage. Also told that they always sell out of date stock, as some people are happy to buy it to save the cost. And It was my fault for not reading the small print where it shows the expiry date when buying, even though they selling it for the same price as other places for in date stock! It's madness and we will never use them!
I can only judge on my own experience having used A1 several times. Found them totally responsive when supplies have been difficult to get hold of during the last couple of years, very polite and helpful on the phone, selection and quality of products excellent, prices very competitive, delivery times unbeatable. Highly recommend.
Have used this company for a couple of years for syrups and hot chocolates, I've had no issues with them, delivery has only ever taken a couple of days, and all items have been present. One order there was a damaged hot chocolate pack and they refunded it for me within a week. Cheers

Great selection of coffee, I have tried a few a variety of the whole bean selection and never had a bad cup. If your looking for decaf beans I recommend the Ethiopian Sidamo, it's my go to brew at the moment. Delivery has always been quick and trouble free too.
