Cupcakes At Guildford

Cupcakes is really the only bakery in the cupcake game, which they dominate, especially in Guildford. I can't think of another stand alone shop that can compete. Cupcakes are pretty, delicious and fresh. Service is always friendly. And who doesn't love a cupcake surprise on their birthday? Or even when casually walking around the mall..

The cakes are great. The store is geared more for take-home rather than eat at the mall.....no napkins unless specifically requested, no paper plates or disposable cutlery to help little children eat without a big mess.

Bought a cake for my mothers birthday, was expensive. Looked amazing but was SO dry and tasteless. The icing was like sugarless lard. I would never buy a cake here again. Saddest part was when my mother told me. " its the thought that counts". Better off going to Walmart, for real.

Tried coconut cupcakes they were fresh but way too much sugar then needed. Please be mindful of following the proper recipe. We will have to think twice before eating those lovely cucpcakes. Everything else was great.
