Great yoga studio! There is a great energy in this space, welcoming and relaxed. Meg is a great instructor and has a very comfortable style. We had recently did a corporate class with people of all experience levels and ability and everyone walked away with a great experience. Highly recommend!
I did the prenatal class with Megan both in person and after they switched to online classes. Megan was great, the environment was very positive and relaxing and the yoga was perfect for prenatal needs. Their online classes were also great very good quality and can be accessed anytime from home .
Best yoga studio in Edmonton. They have made it easy to continue to practice with their online platform which is impeccably done. Love all the instructors and classes.
I love the environment and care that Meg and the team have put into this business! It’s by far my favourite yoga studio in Edmonton, and the diversity of offerings and incredible expertise of the team can’t be beat.
