Frequent this location often. Lots of selection, helpful staff, and not as congested as other locations eg. West Edmonton mall. Also conveniently located to take a walk down Whyte Ave. Would highly recommend!
Great service every time I've been there, whether or not I have bought anything. I've also brought a few pairs of pants in to hem and the turnaround is quite quick.
I just want to congratulate the employees at this location, every time I come, they are very kind and offer great service. Last time I was between a 4” and a 6” train short and they offer me to customize it to 5” for me and send it to my house for no additional cost, I am very happy, thank you very much!
All of the quality that is Lulu Lemon plus great staff. Great place to buy casual clothing.

Awesome location and INCREDIBLE staff service, thanks Eve for making the visit special. The selection and fitting rooms were first-rate too, and it's great to have a cozier location like this in a walkable place like Whyte Ave, rather than a big mall. As a first-time male shopper to Lululemon, I think I've become addicted like everybody else.
Went into the store to inquire about my surge pants that ripped. Sydney hopefully spelled that correct went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of for finding new pants. She provided excellent recommendations and was very attentive on providing different sizes. Thanks again for the quick turnaround solving my issue! Massive kudos to her on stellar customer service :D Store looked great as well, will definitely be back at this location!
I received great customer service, while in the store! However, in the line up just outside the store I felt very unsafe as there was a lady who did not respect the social distancing markers. Perhaps an employee could check out side every few minutes to see that proper precautions are being followed? It was a long wait, which I can respect, but what is the point of waiting in a line to a store for safe capacity, and the line up itself is not safe?
I must admit this review is coming in quite a bit late but I feel this is a story that needs to be shared. While my 18 year old daughter was undergoing chemo we visited the store. My daughter tried on a couple pairs of leggings but was getting tired doing so, the staff was so helpful throughout the process! But this is where customer service really hit me. When we went to pay for the items I bought a great jacket on sale as well lol the salesgirl informed us there was no charge for the leggings. And it was a gift for her from lululemon. As we all left, we were all so happy from such a small gesture. As I mentioned, this did happen a long time ago and I am sad it took me this long to share this story. But I was there the other day and bought another hoody and was reminded this needed to be said. Thank you lululemon!
The email I had for a pick up stated store open to 8pm Monday-Friday. They actually close at 7pm. One would really hope that they could figure out the store hours. The staff finally picked up the phone after 25+ rings & did give me my item. It does seem to be what I was expecting, which gets them the 3 stars.
