Noorish Yoga

Amanda Stepenko the Urban Hippie presented an Amazing Soup and nutrient rich foods information Class. We have eaten here many times and its always yummy and satisfying. The kale chips are amazing!

Very personable staff and instructors. I appreciate that the instructor I had was attentive to each student in spite of a moderately full class to ensure everyone had correct form. The studio is very cozy, my only drawback to the location is limited parking!

I would have given a higher rating, but the yoga studio smelt like the restaurant above. It was extremely off putting and very distracting from the yoga practice. The smell also made it hard to practice deep breathing. Great staff, but they need to do something about the smell.

The Pranayama class was not at all what I expected but that's not to say it wasn't incredible. It's easy to see how passionate Kat is one of the many reasons the class was so enjoyable. Wonderful people and great atmosphere, can't wait for the next one.
