Story

At Yogalife our goal is to make it easy for anyone to experience the amazing qualities that yoga has to offer. To achieve this, we created a first class facility, hand-picked world class instructors and created an environment with spa-like amenities.

For the experienced yogi we offer a variety of challenging classes, inspiring workshops and opportunities to learn from master teachers. For the beginner yogi, we offer basic yoga classes that are accessible to all levels and workshops that explore the fundamentals of developing a strong practice. There is definitely a broad world of yoga within our walls just waiting to be explored!

We don’t want to just offer yoga. We want to provide our students the opportunity to achieve a better quality of life. Take a class at our studio, and let us be your first step towards a happier, healthier lifestyle!

5/5 recommend trying out a class! The hot flows are hot but not unbearable for beginners and there are more intermediate options with hotter temps. Staff are amazing! Recently forgot a couple clothing items and when I came to pick them up from the lost&found, they were freshly laundered. Very thoughtful and I appreciated it!
As a person with very little yoga experience I appreciate the open and welcoming atmosphere, and the informative no-judgment teaching styles. The location is also very clean and well maintained, so I feel very comfortable.
The studio is beautiful, clean, well laid out and I appreciate that there are showers! Melissa and Stephanie are the best! Each of their classes were challenging but approachable, fun and energetic. I love both of their teaching styles and I look forward to my next classes with either of them!!! Thank you!
Fantastic hot yin yoga class tonight with Stephanie. Great vibes, phenomenal soundtrack, in-tune instruction, community. Beautiful clean studio. A holistically complete experience.
Absolutely wonderful. Thoroughly enjoy all the classes, and instructors there. Danusia is my favorite! Her guided meditations during 8 pm Yin are everything. Seriously guys, her voice and energy is so soothing, and knowledge is on point. I have told all my family and friends about this, hoping they can accompany me and give a try. Thank you so much Yoga Life, and big shout out to Danusia, you rock!!!
All the staff are exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. The studio is always super clean. I love the variety of the classes and the welcoming atmosphere. I always leave there feeling wonderful . I highly recommend this studio!!!
I practice at the south studio. It's a warm and cozy place to practice, the teachers are all so friendly and eager to chat. Yogalife is great exercise but it's mostly great for my soul : A place where I physically and mentally take care of myself.
Not the same as it used to be before the shutdowns. Some good instructors and classes but not enough to make a membership worth it. Most classes are hot flows or virtual. Still no access to props or showers either and I find the response to issues with their App and website slow and not helpful. The studios are usually not very clean: footprints and sweat marks from previous classes, corners dusty, walls dirty. Sad to see the place decline.
It was my first time in the studio, Neil was very welcoming and friendly. Then his class was so great, fun and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
Best classes, cleanest studio, such a welcoming environment & kindest most knowledgeable instructors ever. I have been to many different yoga studios around Canada, but nothing compares to Yogalife!
