What a great place it is a true oasis. The owner is great with her classes and very supportive. I love this place.
I love this yoga studio. Very inclusive, welcoming and supportive. It has a wide variety of classes to try and all the Instructors are wonderful. It is in an easy location to reach with lots of free parking.
Great variety of classes and an inclusive environment. Lovely instructors always willing to offer suggestions for modifications to suit individual abilities.
Sheila, the owner, is a great instructor that accommodates the students in her class as each session progresses. As someone who comes to yoga occasionally I find this approach makes her classes extremely accessible and a consistently great workout.

A great yoga studio with compassionate, experienced instructors. You can find a class to suit your interests and abilities - hot, warm and room temperature - as well as hatha, ashtanga, etc. Say hi to Sheila.
