The gym to go to. Great employees, trainers, nutritionist. Friendly and always ready to help. Need any advice? A spotter? They are there for you. Clean and respectful. Great gym. Lots of cardio equipment. Variety of machines and weights. Staff is nice. Gym is kept very clean. Offers group classes. Showers and sauna are clean and well maintained. Usually not too crowded.

I've been a member here since January 2017, great staff, up-to-date machines, and results!! I've lost over 20 lbs and still going! My husband has been going for 7 years now, and is very happy with his results as well.

Nice small building, feels homeylike home,Spend practically all my free time there.Nice staff,very friendly and knowledgeable. There very motivating.Have some good trainers and nautitionists. This is the place to go if you wants to see results.Prices are affordable. FYI its Veronicanot Tamara
