Great staff, facilities and workouts. The place can use a little febreeze but then you wouldn't smell the hard work that people put in.

This has got to be the best workout out there. Short and sweet. A great gym. The coaches are friendly professional and motivated. There is no fitness requirement for doing CrossFit. Everything can be scaled to what you can do with your abilities. The coaches have a very strong emphasis on safety and thus teach you the movements over and over so you won't hurt yourself doing it. If you're serious about getting somewhere with your fitness, this is the place to go. Definitely recommended for everyone.

Forging anyone into elite fitness !! No matter what you expect from a training program: to be better prepared for a specific sport, to become a fitness beast or simply to be healthier and more prepared to accomplish everyday tasks, there is no other fitness program or gym that can give you what you seek with this degree of effectiveness. Every day, these guys take individuals with unique goals, abilities and potential and make them overcome their fears and limits as a group. The workout, scalable to meet anyones capacity, changes everyday which is probably the most exciting part of the program: the unknown («I wonder what were gonna do tomorrow»), not to mention the numerous cool skills and movements you learn every time you walk in for a class. The WODS (workout of the day) are exhilarating, the results are undeniable and the camaraderie is vibrant. The only downside is that its gonna make you pay an early cancelation fee at you current gym, because there is no way you'll want to wait an other day before signing up for this new experience!
