Pilates Fusion

I started taking classes several years ago. It has been an extremely positive experience. My body has changed. I am stronger. I used to walk duck footed now my feet are straight. The place itself is spotless and welcoming. The teachers are caring..personable..polite And very knowledgable. I highly recommend this studio.

Great experience at Pilates Fusion! Kyle will take care of you and customize a workout for your needs and goals. It was my first time doing pilates and it was a great workout. Was really fun also. The folks at Fusion make it challenging but keep the environment light and friendly. Will definitely be going back.

I see it, I feel it and I know it! Pilates Fusion is top notch! Jim is a wonderful coach, Tell's you the truth, if you like it or not . That's up to you. I'm better off now then when I started. Thank you Pilates Fusion.

Fabulous service! Jim is very knowledgeable and attentative. Was unsure as to how I could benefit from Pilates, but must state that it has totally exceeded my expectations. Significant increase in core strength/flexibility/balance. Really helps the golf game!

Love, love the class. Jim knows his stuff and can recognize when someone is struggling and quickly recommends adjustments according to a persons physical capabilities. I personally see a difference as my lower back pain is almost gone!
