KOR offers a non intimidating space to learn and train. As a male or female wanting to "get fit" and "stay fit" this is the perfect place. I'm into my 5th year with one of the partners and she has worked hard to keep me fit and my interest in health and wellness! Never a dull or un productive session with Crystal. Marie Vallee
