Story

The physiological theory behind Orangetheory is known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). During the course of a session, you will perform focused 10-30 minute intervals that use your entire body and stimulate your metabolism. After each exercise, you will feel increased energy. After the session, your body will continue to burn more calories as it tries to recover from the strong bursts of activity.

Fear of missing out is why it’s hard to skip a day. What makes OT stand out is how different every day is, and it’s always exciting to see what the workout will be like. The hour passes by so quickly. And then there are the coaches. They are extremely energetic and there’s never a dull moment with them. To make things even more interesting, a few days each month there would be special workouts that are as memorable as they are tiring. The heart rate monitor and the app makes it very personalized, yet it’s still a group effort. The gym is always clean and you never have to worry about not finding anything; each member of the group workout has access to everything they need. The fact that I now feel a little sad when I take a rest day says a lot about the energy and motivation this gym gave me. It might be a little on the pricey side, but after a few months I think it’s definitely worth it.
Recently signed up to OTF and I am blown away with my experience so far. The staff and coaches are beyond friendly and they make the effort to know who you are… I am always greeted by name. The workouts are creative and exciting. The gym is clean and well maintained. Overall, I am so happy I signed up here.
I have been going to the gym for a long time now, and the last time I had fun or felt such a great empowering vibe was when I did step classes in the ´90s. This place is great! The vibe, the music, the staff and other gym members make it all worthwhile! I started on Jan 2, 2023…and am going 6 days / week and I love it! My mind is blown and I’m already feeling stronger!
Joined almost two months ago and I love it! The coaches are incredibly supportive and motivating! The atmosphere is great! Most of all the workouts are always challenging and fun, never boring. You see the drastic improvement in your performance,cardio and strength!
If you need a little motivation, or starting out your fitness journey OTF is a great place to start! Everyone from the front desk to coaches are super friendly especially coach Rosie THE BEST. I've been going for about 2 months now and I feel the difference in my overall health. Highly recommend !!!
If you're looking for something different, fun and challenging give this place a try. The facilities are spotless. Great give zero egos or bad vibe... Pam was the best coach. She makes you feel welcome and engaged!!!
I absolutely love OTF. I needed to start exercising and fell in love with the workouts and coaches. Their system works! Different workouts every day so I am motivated to go every day.
I love orange theory, their team and the awesome energy every time I go to workout! The staff is friendly, kind and energetic and Rosie, Farshad and Pamela are amazing coaches
Orangetheory is my therapy! I am so grateful to have found a gym that keeps me motivated and wanting to come back for more. The coaches push me to reach my fitness goals. The classes are always different and keep me on my toes. The schedule allows me to book based on my changing schedule and the class format gives me the direction I need. I have made huge strides in my fitness level. I feel so much more energized. One of the worst parts of the pandemic was missing out on OTF. I’m so happy to be back.
I started Orangetheory in 2018 after my sister highly encouraged me to join, and I am definitely not disappointed with the results. I have had two different trainers at two gyms and it simply does not compare to the OTF experience. I get a much better workout from the awesome trainers, not to mention the amount of money I save by getting even better results. I have always had an issue with being bored with the redundant workouts that some trainers give out, but with Orangetheory, the variety of the workouts keeps you guessing and makes working out much more interesting and fun :
