I started training with Mathieu, one of the trainers of Le Fitness Loft, when I was 14 and still train with him today. He is really good at what he does. The whole team is fully certified and all trainers have degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Their experience is always portrayed by their work!

Run by a team of experienced, knowledgeable and caring kinesiologists, this is by far the best gym in the West Island! I would recommend Le Fitness Loft to anyone who decides to make fitness and well-being a priority!
