Horrible customer service!!!! Both of the women there were so so rude when they talk to me. The younger lady ask me: “what you want?” When I entered the door!? And when I said I need to exchange my shoes, she NOT even look at the size of the shoes and said: “no we don’t have size for that” then I said I want to refund, she call the manager out and the manager the older lady pointed her finger and yell at me!!! OMG! The previous review is so right, customer service isn’t the right job for them!

Awful customer service I don't know which of the two women are worse the Asian decent lady or the younger one, they were murmured about me and I listed them ,it was a unpleasant experience. Why they just don't look for another job. I think they are miserable there, that is none fault but they fault to have an unhappy job.

The customer service is horrendous. When I came in, they didn't greet me and kept chatting about something very inappropriate to be discussing in public. They also looked annoyed when I asked for a size. One of the girls especially was quite condescending. She belittled me, treating me like a kid. This kind of customer service is what drives people away from this store.

Very poor customer service in this store. I went twice thinking maybe I just met a unhappy sales clerk. But the second time also the staff member couldn't have been bothered to really help me. They lost out on a total of $600 sale.

Been a customer for years. Good selection and great service every single time. They are very helpful in finding sizes online and with returns.
