A couple of weeks ago, I happened to be in the area and I walked into this champs store looking for a gift for a friend . The service I had, by the assistant manager named eriana, was truly exceptional!! She really took the time to get to know me and the friend I was shopping for. She quickly gave me many suggestions and truly seemed excited to show me all the shoe options she thought my friend would love. On top of it all after I decided what shoes I was going with air force 1s with the Nike charms. We continued to chat and I had mentioned my small business, she was very sweet and asked if she could see my website and that she would love to support it. She was very genuine and I hope she and the manager see's this comment, I will definitely be shopping here again and asking for her.
Would’ve gave 5 stars but I’m very disappointed in the staff, I called about the patent leather jordan 1 breds yesterday. The guy said they aren’t releasing today, then my friend called at 4ish because I saw someone buy one at a Metrotown location, but then the guilford location still didn’t drop them. Then the next day I call right when the store opened and a worker told me they had dropped yesterday.
Highly recommend this location for your sports needs! The Main reason this place is amazing is because of Karrington Sales associate she goes way above and beyond to ensure you’re super happy with what your getting. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service from start to finish of your visit! If the manager of Guilford Champs sees this I hope you appreciate her as a staff member as much as I appreciate her customer service!
Small store, friendly staff, very attentive. Items are over priced, sales are good and worth a look. They need to change clothes on all mannequins as they were the only pieces left in the store as all other sizes were sold out. 3
Staff was very helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for in stores but they were able to order online and it was delivered in 5 days.
Went there at 5:46 to buy one pair of sandals that I already seen on their website. That’s all I wanted to grab. The guy at the door told me they are closing and I’m not allowed in yet the mall closes at 6. When I questioned him about it he said they are at the store capacity and I can’t come in, yet I can see multiple people in the lineup paying and I even mentioned that once they leave it’ll be before 6 and what I want takes two minutes to grab. I would still be out of there by 6. By the time we finished talking the time was still 5:51 and I still would’ve been out of there on time. Ridiculous, why advertise 6pm if you don’t let people in 15 minutes prior and using store capacity isn’t an excuse because people are leaving regardless prior to when you close. I drove in for over 45 minutes to get here in traffic just to be turned away because of a ridiculous excuse.
Wonderful service. Great staff at Guildford town enter location. We went to exchange our daughters basketball ball shoes to a bigger size. bought in Langley Even though it’s not really a new sale for them, they were really helpful. The staff member that helped us was “Fani” she was phenomenal. Very pleasant and friendly. She explained lot of things to us and our daughter, what to look for in Basketball shoes. This would be our go to place for sports shoes from now on. Thanks Fani!
