Hudson's Bay

They have a decent selection at this store, definitely not as great as some of the other stores though. If you are looking for a bag / purse, go to the downtown store as the Guilford selection is awful.. I keep waiting for it to get better, but I have yet to see it improve over the years.. disappointing. I don't know why they don't carry some of the more high end brands at this store.

I like hbc and the products/pricing/sales. This location seems to be really understaffed however. There was only one person working in the men's department and wait times for a shoe size was extremely long since he had to take care of the till as well.

I have been shopping at the Bay for more than 30 years. It has everything you want. My only dislike is seeing too many staff who are not Canadian born and do not know how to treat and respect the cultures of Canada. Its almost offensive/discriminatory to see no more caucasians working at the Bay?

Good and shipping good quality stuff, prices are not competitive.well organized and decorations, comfortable. Hopefully it will survive in 5 years.

SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE BAY!!!!! bought lot of furnitures and had them delivered to my place. The sale representative who helped me promised a discount refund after delivery is done. He also wrote it done on him business card with his signiture. After hell of trouble in delivery becuase the delivery team PUSHED the sofa into my door the whole time... yes.. not lifting... pushing!!!!! I called back the store several times to get my discount. Turned out the sale representative no longer works for the bay. I went to the store to talk to the supervisor and she said that they don't deal with anything after I accept the furniture. I have to call the call centre and have them to deal with the discount scam. Been pushing back and forth and they still have not given me the refund. Also been told that since the employee no longer works for them. They will not be responsible for anything he promised or wrote. BIGGEST SCAM EVER!
