Had a great experience with Dr Haarsma. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She provided me with great resources and a well laid out plan. Would recommend this clinic.

I love and appreciate how much this has helped me get and stay on a path to a healthier life style. Donna is amazing to deal with on the phone and in person, always smiling and happy to help. I have big love for Dr.B and Dr. Wood. Both have helped my small kids and myself. It's always my reliable and honest choice for all health issues and successes. I can't thank them enough. ❤

Being charged a cancellation fee for cancelling 1.5 days before an appointment for being SICK is uncalled for. It would have been helpful for the admin staff to answer the phone to have a personal discussion but unfortunately I called 3 times today to only get the voicemail each time. People don't decide when they want to get sick. And to the woman who called me, it's not my concern if your other staff members are unable to communicate the reason for my appointment and why I am seeing a different doctor. I do not appreciate the tone that was taken as though I had done something wrong from the start.

Dr. Chris Bjorndal is, in my experience, a brilliant naturopathic doctor with a genuine, kind and compassionate nature. She went above and beyond in helping me identify my health needs and supporting me in achieving my health goals. She is a true teacher and her desire to impart knowledge and support her patients is evident in all that she does. Her ethics are impeccable. My trust in her and her choice of associates and staff is very high. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her clinic to future patients.

Dr. Mason Woods was not able to help me at all with treatment for my sore shoulder.3 months of treatments, extreme pain from the injections for at least 6 weeks of that time and over $2500 dollars spent were simply not worth the treatment. Dr. Woods' evaluations of his methods used varied over time as I tried his treatments. It was over-all a very disappointing experience!
