Front staff are always super lovely and nice but the doctors constantly leave whenever they want. My partner and I come here on a regular basis and today in particular we are very upset with the doctors. First thing is a gentlemen came in after phoning to see if a certain doctor that he needed was in and was told that the doctor was going to be in till 5:00pm. Upon getting here and asking the staff if the doctor (who should be in till 5:00 pm) would be able to sign some sort of document for a life insurance claim he needed was told the doctor left early because he didn’t want to stay and was told to come back the next day. Shortly after that the other doctor working till 5:00 pm came out and said he was going to leave early even though it was only 4:30pm. The front lady mentioned that there was one more patient to be seen and he said “no I’m going home early”. Very very unprofessional considering this isn’t the first time the doctors have left early or not seen a patient because they wanted to go home.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Doctors are caring and thorough. The clinic also has an online ability to check current wait times prior to leaving home. The only drawback is the ability to get a regular doctor. They say that some doctors are accepting new patients but you need to meet the doctor first. I have requested to see a doctor who is accepting new patients as I have certain medical issues that require regular screening or monitoring such as Lynch Syndrome. The cancer clinic suggests colonoscopy every year and since I have not been able to get a regular doctor since moving to Alberta, it has been 3 years since the last exams and polyps were removed.

Very happy with my experience here. I arrived approx. 45mins after they opened, so I expected to have to wait. I was in an out within 30mins or so. I saw Dr. Lombard, who listened to my concerns and was really great to deal with.

Do not recommend this place at all. I went there for an intramuscular testosterone shot through the fast track program and while one receptionist was nice, the other was very unprofessional, she loudly used the word "retarded" when referring to her broken computer (which was appalling from a medical professional) and misgendered me (I am a male) continuously even after the other nurse and my partner had both corrected her more than once. She refused to use my correct pronouns and only referred to me as "the patient" after that. Also, at the end of my injection I was standing up to put my clothes back on and a doctor and a random other person from the clinic burst into the room to get something as I was getting dressed with no warning. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, I'm going to be looking into further action I can take on this.

Normally have a great, if not exceptional experience, but Dr Thompson should learn how to read charts and improve his bedside manner. He misread my allergy schedule and was going to raise my next shot up 7 steps ahead of schedule. This could have been a very big mistake if I hadn't caught it and insisted that another doctor look at the schedule and read it properly.
