Reviews

This place used to be my favourite pho in Markham.  The servers recognized us whenever we visited, we would go so often.  It closed down for a while earlier this year, and when it reopened we immediately went back.  We had a bad experience, but still decided to give it one more chance. Unfortunately the quality of the food has been reduced and the customer service is now non-existent.  Specifically, the broth, which is what I used to go there for, is really salty and artificial tasting.  The amount of noodles in the medium sized bowl (which is the smallest size) is half of what it used to be.  Finally, on our most recent visit, I was overcharged and when I asked to see the bill, she insisted it was correct.  When I insisted on seeing the bill (you walk up to the register to pay with a card, they don't always print the bill first) there were two items we didn't order.  When I asked her to correct it she insisted that it was correct (really? Pretty sure I didn't eat it).  When she reprinted the bill, the new total was still high, she changed our bowl sizes to Large, instead of the two mediums we had (yet you had it right on the first print?) I hate that this is what this previously amazing restaurant has been reduced to.

This place is a small place in a small plaza. The food here is fantastic, but the seating is very limited. The last few times that I went, there was a line up out the door. I think I was unlucky that day, because half way through our lunch, the power in the store went out and they had to turn customers away. 

The pho soup base is one of the best that I have ever eaten, and the atmosphere was create. The only problem is that you would have to share the table sometimes. The tables are all together (like in Asia) so we are crammed together. if you want a private conversation, it is highly unlikely. 

Overall, a great restaurant with great food.

First time here even I live so close by!  Haven’t had a Vietnamese coffee that GOOD for so long!  The smoked beef brisket pho is phenomenal 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Pork belly bun is so yummy.... they grilled the pork belly perfectly!  Will be BACK!

Fast service and polite servers. The Pho was pipping hot the way I like it. The spring rolls were delicious and crispy. The portion sizes are huge. Lemongrass porkchops were nicely done. 😀
