No WIFI. Friendly staff. Very spacious area. 4 seats and table area with forms and pens. Lots of free parking. At the time I went 5 staff personal was present

Oct 21-2024: Was there this morning dropping a parcel. Worst customer service. There's a reason some people shouldn't do customer service. Thinking out of the box is necessary too. Common sense isn't common as we think.

I came in said good morning, smiled and waited to be told to approach. Unfortunately was greeted with attitude and someone who was very grumpy and angry. Customer service is bad but FedEx has good tracking on the packages

worst customer service. Per the customer care, the site is full of lies and does not provide accurate updates. the package is still in the container and the site says out for delivery for 3 consecutive days forcing me not to leave the house for 3 days. No one has a clue of where the package is or when it will be delivered. Bunch of people working with no commitment or transparency. They just provide standard answers and no once takes ownership or accountability. NEVER use FEDEX. Its a fraud

Great customer service by Aalyah. She was friendly and approachable. Also, Helped me make a FedEx account and I got great discounts.
