Ordered from here today. Soooooo good! I got the veggie sub and the chicken sub. The durian shake was delish!! I got a bag of crushed ice too but I wasn’t sure what to do with it lol. I think it was supposed to go in the shake but I didn’t want to put it in lol. The salad roll tasted good but the peanut sauce was a bit too salty for me. I would definitely order from here again!

EDIT: Upped the rating to 3/5 stars as the restaurant reached out to make amends following my initial review. I appreciate them making an effort to improve our experience. Seriously skimping on ingredients with the tiniest portion of beef I've ever seen in a banh mi - what a night and day difference from what their website advertises. I'll stick to my usual banh mi place in New West, thank you very much...

Cool vibes and cordial staff. The chicken banh mi was decent but smaller than what I normally get at a slightly lower price at another Viet banh mi place in the area. The avocado smoothie tasted amazing and I liked that I could adjust the sweetness online. You get 10% off when you order online during happy hour 3-6 pm.

Food and beverages here are always good. However, not so much of a great customer service experience. The cashier lady did not mention what things they were out of when I ordered a drink. When I got my order, it did not come with the fruit bits like usual. I asked her if they're out of it and she just casually said, "Yeah we are out of the strawberry bits." Which was not mentioned when I ordered. Also the pearls were horribly hard.

Great food and presentation with some ingredients combos you may not find elsewhere. Earl grey milk tea with cheese foam was soooo creamy and smooth! Food: 5/5

Ordered from here the other day with my bf. They are very skimpy with ingredients for the price you pay. I recommend Ba Le or another viet sub place. I got the meat lovers sub and I'll show pics. It only had two very thin slices of ham. It wasn't even filling enough for one but costed nearly $9.00.

I had a special Banh Mi and juice here. The Banh Mi was really big and so good. The juice was delicious. One more thing the space here is really comfortable

This is my go-to place for Vietnamese banhmi and sticky rice in East van. Also try their kumquat honey tea! Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Ordered two sandwiches from food delivery service . I got the cold cut , meat lover and the duri duri durian dessert. Both of the sandwiches tasted great and the bread was fresh. The dessert definitely tasted like durian, surprisingly the durian tasted fresh. There was a little more sugar in the dessert and then I would like, but I'm sure others wouldn't have any problems with it. Would definitely order from here again.

First time here, there's so many Vietnamese banh mi shops along Kingsway. Small line up for Sunday lunch about 20 minutes for our order. We have the meat lovers, cold cut, and Ngon special. The bread is not as long as the other places but are wider and it's filled with lots of goodness. The meat lovers was so tasty and juicy. My instant favorite. Can't wait to try the other banh mi and drinks next time..
