We had our first experience at GameTime Social last night and had a wonderful experience. Making a reservation online was super easy, the restaurant is very spacious and has a great atmosphere. Their menu has a large selection of cocktails and other beverages which was exciting to select from. The drinks tasted great! The food was average to me but some of the other people I was with really enjoyed their meals, so perhaps the dishes I tried were just not my taste. Our server James was amazing! very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly. We didn't have a chance to check out the games or other activities this time but will definitely do so in the future. This is a great place for dates, parties, and special events. We look forward to coming back soon and trying more cocktails and other dishes!
New, clean, affordable, GORGEOUS! The best play hub around Hamilton outskirts... Burlington. GameTime Social is similar to Dave & Busters and Rec Room... but better. I enjoyed my Tequila Lime wings with a Spicy Mango Margarita 10/10. The arcade side may be a little smaller than D&B and RR, but it isn't busy pack like it is in the others on a Tuesday night. Perfect for a date night place. The biggest finale that made me smile is our server, Jeremy. Jeremy was very kind to me and my friends. After paying our bills, he performed a magic trick. I was truly amazed! Thank you, Jeremy! I will definitely be coming back here!
Can't wait to come back! The bruschetta was huge and delicious and they had meatless wings that were amazing! After dinner we spent 2 hours playing all kinds of arcade games and even bowling! 16 credits The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. We wanted to do axe throwing but it ends 1 hour before close so we'll definitely be going back soon!
Overall we had a great experience at the restaurant. We went on a Saturday night and made a reservation before going. The food was amazing and so were the drinks! The only thing the restaurant lacked was staff!! After arriving in the restaurant, I waited for about 15 minutes for the staff to come and take the order. Eventually, when no one noticed us, I decided to reach out to the staff myself and told them I have been waiting for a while! The game area is also nice though some machines were not working, but still it is a good place to visit with family for some fun time.
The prices for tickets/wrist band were actually very reasonable. Unfortunately the videos online make the arcade look a lot bigger than it was. It's a decent size but a lot of repeating from the same games and not much variety for how big the place is. The pool tables were definitely very fun! Same with bowling. The service wasn't very good as a LOT of staff were just standing around talking to each other or on their phones. We heard the food took forever from reviews so we ate before. We still sat down to get a drink and after 20 minutes of no service we had to go up to the bar ourselves to get water which was thankfully free. The guy who handles the axe throwing was very nice and chill. I would like to go again but maybe once they're more settled into their location.
Nice place to hang out with family and or friends. Plenty of things to do with various age groups but mostly geared towards bigger kids, maybe at least 8 and older. Kinda a similar to Dave and Buster but with slightly different twist. Food was not bad but nothing special either. Staffs are very friendly. Prizes for the games are better than Dave and Buster. 2 small bowling lanes and few small pool tables Place is clean, not to crowded and plenty of parking. Tuesday is 50% of games and appetizer.
Love love this place. Chicken fried chicken is absolutely delicious. Flavour in every bite Danny was so friendly and helpful. He had great recommendations. The atmosphere is very nice, play eat and drink all in one place Thank you! I’ll be coming back again with family and friends
This was my first time there. The wait staff was fine but the service was very slow. We had one order go wrong, which they fixed but still took a while to get. It took a very long time to get another drink. They use their portable debit machines to record orders which was different and took some time. Price was decent. The games don't quite pay out that great and prizes are priced very high. Go for the fun but don't have high expectation.
First, amazing venue to host a party for people of any age. Second, and most importantly. Awesome staff. Especially our server Jonathan. He couldn’t have been any better. Even with a party of 22, no one waited for drinks. Food came out hot and delicious. And he was amazing with our kids. It was my 19 year olds birthday, but we had people there from my young nephews to great grandparents. And everybody had a blast. If I had to pick one negative thing about the venue, it’s that their games do cost a little bit more than other similar places we’ve been. But the overall atmosphere and quality of everything more than makes up for that. Highly recommend Game Time social.
It was a great experience! The food was really good, the steak was done to perfection, the seasoning of everything was incredible. The only thing that we didn't like about the food was the fries, they were very mushy. However the loaded tater tots were incredible, so was the tempura shrimp that came with a delicious spicy sauce. Our waiter also offered us something off menu, since my fiancé choice from the menu wasn't available. We had an amazing time. The atmosphere was also so unique and fun, the music was a bit loud, but it might be just because I am not used to places like that. It was also so much fun to play on the arcade games, and the price of it all both of games and meal was quite fair.
