Comfortable and clean room but looking a bit dated,rooms could do with a make over,fine for us as we only slept in the room. The only negative was the breakfast whilst some might deem it ok,the offerings could be better. Especially the Hot food,we stayed for 7 nights and the food was the same each day, Burger! Egg Bread and a small Omelette,how about adding some tomatoes,mushrooms,scrambled eggs. Overall Good Value for money

I went here during the winter. The location is perfect if you are visiting Lake Louise. The rooms are beyond expectations (not luxurious but what we got for the price of the room is wow). Free breakfast and wifi. The room we got was relatively cheap. We got 2 TVs. One in the "living room" and the other in the bedroom. It seems like a little home. I definitely recommend and if we ever come back, I'll try again to come here. (Could use some intructions on how to operate the fireplace)

This is a nice clean hotel with free breakfast. Rooms are spacious and staff was very nice and helpful. There also is a steam room and jacuzzi you can use. Great place to stay in Lake Louise.

Exactly what we were after, beds were comfortable, room was clean. We were only here to already. If you come to Lake Louise for the rooms you should stay at the Fairmont. We came to hike and enjoy the outdoors.

We loved this place so much and plan to go back annually. Friendly staff. Kids loved the kids club and pool. Great food except the Italian restaurant. Loved all the drinks, activities, and beaches.
