HI Lake Louise Alpine Centre

As it is for many locals, the HI Louise was once a vacation spot for me, but after multiple stays it has become so much more. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are immaculate and quiet and the lounge must be one of the finest examples of open timbre frame construction in the rockies - to rival any 5 star resort in the area in its aesthetic. the cafe on site is great for family meals at a reasonable price. All of these elements combine to form a sense that you won't find anywhere else in the Rockies.... that you've come home to a home you didn't know you were missing.

Stayed there before and loved it so definitely the first choice to stay there this time as well for the ice festival. Great place and very clean. Could fix up the games room with missing puck and darts though.

We had a great time! Stayed for two nights and our room was clean and the amenities are great. There is much offered here above the average hostel. Free pool (table game), sauna, restaurant, and a 2 minute drive from the ski hill. Loved it!

One of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed in. Friendly staff. Nice common areas. The restaurant on site had great food and a good selection of draft beers.

Awesome Hostel, very friendly staff and great atmosphere. The lounge is perfect to hang out, rooms are big enough and clean. The in-house cafe is also very good. Came there to eat dinner three nights in a row.
