Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and showers were hot. Showers had plenty of shelf space for your toiletries. Also it was Nice to have the shower chair to put your stuff on. Spaces were clean and easy to access. Some were nice and shady so be sure to ask if you want a shady site. Glad to see they had recycling and staff was happy to hear suggestions for improvements. Would definitely stay there again.

We are here at the MOST beautiful time of year. The fall colors are spectacular. However, with 12 or 13 RV's in the park, management seems to feel like the newbies should be grouped together. We are jammed belly button to ...backsides. I'm not sure why this is necessary. It's off season. We don't like to do crowded spaces. This place is lovely, if it's not full. If you have friends, it's a great cozy space. If not, you start to feel like a sardine.

Stayed for 6 days, was fine until last day when I had mechanical troubles trying to out my camper on my truck, I told the office I'm trying to fix it but can not make any promises. So 4 hours after my checkout time an employee approached me with an infuriated attitude pointing at my face and telling me what to do and I better do it now, or he'll tell his manager to charge me an extra day. Even though that was what I had already suggested in the first place. He was extremely rude. After 175$ I paid to camp! and stayed clean and quite to myself, that was how I got treated...

Great spot to stop for the night. First time at a KOA. It's definitely not "roughing it," but I was grateful for the amenities after a few days on the road - like a clean bathroom facility, with showers piping in fresh mountain water (my hair never felt so soft as after a shower in that water!), and an outdoor sink for washing dishes. There was a pool and a playground, neither of which we used (much to my preschooler's disappointment), but I can see how they could be very useful for a longer stay! Seems like a great place to gather with a large family for an extended time. It's easy camping, very accessible for everyone in the family. We actually tried to stay here again on a return trip from Oregon, but it was all full! Needless to say, I'd stay again given the chance.

The man and the woman that work behind the counter not the owners just management are two of the worst human beings on the planet they have never been friendly and when asked questions about the park they are rude when explaining like they didn't even want you there. for my first day back to Mount Shasta. 18 years later it really sucks to have those two people as ones that I can't even say helped me. they were rude, crass, and utterly awful people. I'd love to run the park for you and treat people with respect and kindness and like you want them to stay there. just saying!!
