Motel 6 Trenton ON

The room was clean, lots of towels, high quality soap and shampoo. The bed was very comfortable. I would have liked a second garbage can (one in the main room) and a coffee maker in the room (I like to work for an hour with coffee in the morning, and having to go to the lobby for coffee was a bit of an inconvenience.) The lobby had a lot of neat details like the wall of books and sunken fireplace. After staying at similarly priced motels elsewhere this fell a bit short, but overall good value for the money, probably the best in the area.

Chair at desk was broken and replaced immediately. Water never got hot. Toilet ran continuously. Sheets made me itchy at night with a resulting red rash in the morning. No cream to go with free coffee. Good price, though. Husband didn't care for the trains going by all night; I didn't mind. Staff Dalia very friendly and helpful. Room fairly clean. Will not recommend or return.

This hotel is much better now that Motel Six bought it. There are a few minor inconveniences though. If you're tall (I'm 6'2), the shower head is low. I had to crouch in the shower. Shower heads should be at the 8 foot mark. As well, no continental breakfast is served there. Two minor items, but that's why it got 4 stars instead of 5.

Stayed here over the weekend for the first time. Will definitely recommend this place. The morning snack was a pleasant surprise. Oh and there is a full gym with swimming pool that we had access to!

There was no hot water and one of the mattresses was sunken in. Thank goodness there was another bed in the room. Need to upgrade the bedding a bit
