Travelers Inn

My husband and I got married, this was the only affordable hotel able to house us on short notice. The receptionist was friendly, outgoing, went above and beyond to get us the best price. Pre booked us and even Gave the evening staff a heads up we would be checking in late. Room was clean fresh and I loved the king sized bed. They have drinks and food available. Both inside and outside entrance to the room. Non smoking. Very quiet. Reasonable checkout time. All in all I loved this quaint little place. Will be coming here for future stays or even a night get away for quality time with the hubby.

Pros The hotel is close to the 401 and downtown. It's also close to shopping and restaurants. It's cheap 89.99 for 2 doubles. It's staff are super friendly and treat you well. The beds where clean I looked for signs of everything gets a total pass. Cons The building is old and the hallways wreck of smoke. The walls in my room where dirty. The location is in a congested area so traffic is loud. The skinny..... 89.99 cheap I slept good I showered and felt great. If your here and want to save money. This is the place. If your looking for the Carlton this is not it. If you want okay affordable accommodations this is the place. 68% out of 100. 15 down on cleanliness 7 down on noise and 10 because cig smells in the hallway and blue smoke are gross. Thank goodness for a side door entrance.

This Inn is situated in a very busy and convenient location in Belleville. It is not far from highway 401, is surrounded by lots of shopping plazas and the local mall. There are good sized parks nearby along with lots of food choices. It was an ok inn. The room was fairly clean from first glance, a few places could be better cleaned but at least we didn't see any stains on our bedsheets or towels. The room smelled quite heavily of cigarettes when we first entered it. The toilet paper dispenser was broken, which could be considered a hazard. One of the lamps stopped working minutes after we turned it on. The temperature dial on the heating/cooling system is broken, and the heating unit is super loud when running. While the beds were comfy and clean, we found it to squeak quite a bit. Did like that there was a microwave, mini fridge that was bigger than bar fridge and actual table and chairs you can sit and have meals on. There's 2 sets of doors, 1 door leading out to the parking lot and your parking spot and the other door led to the hallway connecting to the rest of the Inn.

Not very happy with this place. I realize you are renovating there were construction workers were outside our door when we were sleeping & they were noisy, foul language could be heard. We did not get a great sleep at all. So sorry to have this negative rating. Perhaps you'll be happy when everything is renovated Jill

Very dirty rooms and place this is. I have been to 3 star motel but this is mot well maintained. Poor cleaniness, bed sheets, blankets has cigarette holes, smells very bad. Washroom was cleaned but very hold and broken things. Please do not stay at this place if you go with your family m friends.

I have stayed at this establishment many times, never had problems with the owners... Friendly staff, not to mention reliable service. Best resort in the area to recommend.Rooms: 5/5

if i could warn every person that considers this hotel, i would. i lived here for about 3 months before i couldn’t do it anymore. after living here for 3 months, there was not a single penny discounted for my stay, i extended my stay by one night every day and was woken up to the phone ringing every morning wanting my money as if i didn’t have the intention of paying. even after 3 months, on my last day, i checked out and received under $80 back from my $200 deposit after checking my room for no damage which there was not. i would be woken up to move to another room because they’d booked mine for a night, not sure why as i was given exact same rooms every time just made to move everything i own over and over again. could not be more disappointed. waiting for the place to go out of business like their restaurant $116 a day, $3500 a month for a hotel room full of cobwebs with blood splatter on the walls, and still can’t some good customer service

Everyone is so friendly. They have great staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and keep you happy. Absolutely loved it there so much when I moved to belleville it was the 1st place I stayed and eventually applied for a job there cause I love / loved the atmosphere there.Rooms: 5/5

I book room online they charged me $100 as a security deposit but didn’t release back to my account I am trying from yesterday they didn’t pick up my call no any reply totally bad service I want to talk with a manager if he or she will read this message so please call me that’s not good I came from London k book my room 29 September .
