TownePlace Suites by Marriott Belleville

This was our second visit. This time for our Anniversary. I must say they bent over backwards to make our stay special. THEY upgraded us to a larger suite. Brought us up a lovely basket of goodies to snack on. But to top it off I had forgotten my bathing suit and was prepared to go back home to get it. which is only an hour round trip. But when the Deck clerk personally brought up our gift basket; there was an envelope with our names from he and the other clerk with Their own money $40. and a note. Please go over to the store and buy a suit to save me the drive home. What a wonderful kind gesture. It truly melted my heart . Thank you so much.

Fantastic hotel, couldn't ask for anything better! Spacious, modern rooms with comfy and clean beds with friendly staff to welcome you in any way possible! An example of that was when we actually forgot a personal item (I will not say what would that be) and we didn't realize it was missing until we actually returned home. They held onto that item until our next visit which was about 2 or 3 months later. They also have accessible amenities from a standard swimming pool and hot tub to an exercise room, but they also have items such as blenders and board games for us to borrow for our use. And a good, hearty breakfast to start the day. A truly family-oriented hotel and not to mention it's right next to a casino. But all-in-all, absolutely wonderful and can't really ask for more!

A very modern looking yet warm and comfortable place. Expensive for the size and layout of the room; the price however is reflected in the pleasant atmosphere, amenities in the hotel and care taken in breakfast lounge. I had asked for a really nice room, like luxurious type nice but I got a standard king suite with a shower, no tub. However the bed is to die for comfortable and the room is spotless with little desk type pullouts on the couch and despite being a very small room, has a well thought out layout and comfortable. All the linens looked and smelled fresh and new, the pool is quite shallow all the way across but is still a pleasing size and the lil hot tub is a nice bonus. The fitness room is clean and well appointed. I really like the color scheme here and the staff is unobtrusive and polite. I only give 4 stars because the price for the room was a little disappointing.... although overall I do really like this place.

Clean and friendly staff. Relatively good breakfast. Nice pool. I like the kitchen concept. It’s would be a five star review if it was $10 less per night but you definitely get your money worth

Very nicely appointed rooms with full kitchen. Great facilities excellent option for longer term stays. Only drawback is there isn't much dining option other than the casino next to the hotel so having a car is quite essential.
