It was a good hotel, our room is spacious but the room has a very small bathroom. Also the building had a very weird layout, the pool was big and warm. The panel on the bathroom door in our room was falling off at the bottom, breakfast was good though! Overall I would rather stay in a different hotel but if I had to I would stay here again.
I found the location perfect a lot of stores and so many things to do arond the location. The room we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. The service was great i loved how we were greated with a smile and a big welcome and quick at gettingus all checked in. We are for sure coming back again.
Very Good Stay with Complementary Breakfast. Rooms were very clean and Friendly staff. Breakfast was really delicious.
Disappointed that although I requested a seating area sofa &/or chairs I ended up in a room with 1 chair....there were no other rooms available at check-in. Three seniors are not comfortable sitting on the bed when relaxing.nThis hotel is older, smells musty & needs refurbishing. The bathroom is laughably small.nI would not recommend nor would I stare here again. Thought I'd try something different but the Holiday Inn Express down the street is much nicer.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, starting from the customer service where they greeted us with cookies and a big smile, and even treats for my dog! The rooms were clean and well organized, but what we liked the most about this hotel was the awesome breakfast, it was self-service but they had it all!! From eggs, bacon, beans, freshly made waffles, yogurt, fruits, coffee, juice, etc. It's located at a decent distance from Sandbanks Beach.
