Budget hotel which delivers on all aspects! Stayed just for the one night in spring with family. The rooms are modern and look fairly new. We had a fridge , coffee maker and a microwave in the room. The pool was small but fun for the kids. The hot tub was occupied so didn't get to use that. The hotel stay includes breakfast and after a lot of stays in other hotels I was so happy and surprised to see actual plates and steel cutlery as opposed to disposable plates, cups etc. The breakfast was good, eggs, waffles, beans, fruits, juices, coffee, tea. The location is good, you can walk to a few other restaurants and the mall Winners, Old Navy, Cineplex, food court is right across. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend walking to Chilangos for Mexican : Overall, fun stay and I would be happy to be back.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I love how they message you ahead of time to ask if you require anything before your arrival. I had a special request for my daughter and Amanda and her team went out of their way to accommodate it. It made my daughter's stay just perfect.
Heat in room did not work for three nights. Multiple complaints to front desk and nothing was done to help until we were finally moved rooms on the fourth nights stay. Multiple guests had ants in their rooms and it’s the middle of the winter. Very dirty in and around the halls and pools. Some staff at front are very lovely and only redeeming quality of the entire stay. 1/10 - wouldn’t recommend.
Highly recommend this hotel! We had such a great stay. The lady at the front was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The lobby had a free popcorn machine, a pinball machine and a small bar where you could order local beer and wine. Very cool! The rooms were clean and newly updated, so nice! The pool and hot tub were the cleanest I've seen from any hotel in a LONG time and open late, 11 pm, I'm pretty sure. We will definitely stay again!!
A last minute booking that didn’t disappoint! We have stayed at the few hotels in the city and this by far has been the best to date! I’m not sure why we ever stopped staying at Best Western!nMarissa sorry if it’s spelt wrong was so kind, friendly and accommodating with our needs! The rooms were clean! And very comfortable! The TV was nice and in the perfect location in the room to watch the game! Bed and pillows were comfy, kids were happy with the pull out couch! The pool was warm so they obviously listened to past reviews. The night staff were quick to refill the towels in the pool and anything else we needed we are needy people lol. The breakfast in the am was good! Scrambled eggs, sausage and of course waffles! Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal juice and more I’m forgetting. We were nervous about our location, close to the front doors but it wasn’t noisy and was actually pretty convenient. We will book here again in the future for sure! Wish we had of noticed the little mini bar in the lobby. It was cute. The seating area was nice with faux fireplace and the big screen TV!
