Motel 6 Toronto - Mississauga

The hotel was smelling disgusting. There was no cleaning service. They wanted extra money for the mini-fridge in the room. I stayed a week.it was a terrible experience for me.

The Motel 6 is terrible! As we entered to confirm our reservation the manager was in an aggressive argument with another employee. I was embarrassed in front of my kids for what both ladies were saying; the hallways were terribly dirty and appeared that they were not vacuumed for days. Our room was huge with 2 beds, the wash room was decent but was full of hair, the towels have several hair in everyone of them. The room was extremely dirty every corner had something in them, I took pictures I will upload them soon. I paid 164$ for a night, but my experience was terribly disgusting and I was disappointed in front of my wife and kids for booking this hotel.

This hotel was quiet and the staff was extremely friendly. The toilets were rocket powered LOL and the rooms were clean. I've stayed at multiple motel 6's and I just wish they would update the rooms and make them more modernespecially the bedding, but I guess that's why they're a budget friendly place to stay.Rooms: 5/5

Absolutely horrible. Changed rooms 3 times because it was unclean every time. Floors never vacuumed, hair in the towels and bed sheets that's not mine and random stains + particles, crusted boogers on the walls and shower. $224 for two nights which is absolutely ridiculous. I didn't expect amazing but damn it was bad we didn't even stay the second night. Definitely only worth $20 a night. Given that I am a university student with a minimum wage job the amount of hours I had to work to stay in this shady, crusty, dirty, junk house is unreasonable. We saw the cleaning lady in the morning but I am convinced she does NOT know how to do her job at all. Horrible customer service as well, my friend and I were told to not go thru the front door but to use the side door which has absolutely no lighting it was night or walkway to it, I sincerely thought it was so they can knock me out and harvest my kidneys or something

Staying here for vacation, and all was wonderful. The room was very clean, comfy bed, everything I could’ve asked for. However, the walls are super thin and I could hear people screaming often in the early mornings which woke me up. I think the people next door were smoking too because it started smelling awful in the room.Rooms: 4/5

Poor services and extremely rude receptionist, I had a reservation I arrived, because of the receptionist attitude I cancelled my reservation she threaten to kick me out and charge me still. Her attitude was shocking and the way she was explaining hotel protocols as if I was borrowing her bedroom. She said they don’t clean room while you stay The reason for my stay was to get clean room each time I arrive from work. That’s why I didn’t go to Airbnb. I reserved room with 2 bed because my friend was with me for one of the days so the receptionist looked at my friend and said I booked for one person and it will be extra, if there were 2 people but I mentioned I booked a room with 2 beds she said it doesn’t matter. After I came to holidays inn after , wow! right away felt like I was a customer they treated me with so much respect. Plus much cheaper and cleaner

Not very clean. I am in the cleaning industry and have been for 15 plus yrs , housekeeping to be exact , and I would not approve the rooms to be complete as theyre not . Very dirty and sticky floors.. room not warm heat usually gets turned on when reserved so customers are comfy and not freezing. No breakfast at all, and very rude desk clerk. Traveling from Sudbury and could definitely expected it to be cleaner and more welcoming . Pictures , fake flowers anything, room is very dull. But comfy beds and pillows; for cleanliness, for convenience and price check in any time of day which is why we continue to stay with.motel 6 when needed .

me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week, we were staying at toronto for vacation our first impression wasnt that good because their was a weird smell coming from the room nextdoor. the rooms condition was ok but there was cigerette burns or something in the blankets but still was a decent place to live. the room service people were nice : the hotel was very convenient because it was walking distance from a superstore and other shops. would come here again

Please be aware that this is not a motel for relaxation. On top of the unclean bathrooms, don't expect to be welcomed. I honestly dont know why I booked this place... If I spent just a bit more, I could have gotten two amazing, joined rooms for me and my family at a nicer motel, where the staff wants to make your day more comfortable rather than making me fear asking them for water. If you want to work in hospitality, be hospitable.

When we first tried to check in, it was 2:30 and the lady at the desk said “your a little early”. We said the app says 2 and showed our booking on our phone She replied “I know what it says, it’s wrong”. Very rude. Hair everywhere, soon as we came into our room it reeked like cigarette smoke, ashes sitting in the window. Shower was dirty, bed had hair all over it, floors filthy, we asked if there was a mini fridge but they said only some rooms have them and there’s an extra charge for a fridge in your room. There was little dead bugs under our bed. Will NOT be back.
