The room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Heat was good. The only thing was when we went for breakfast we felt like we were being watched and didn't feel comfortable getting the food. A staff member was around us the whole time and we were the only guests there.

Room was spotless, acceptable TV channels, comfortable bed. Large bathroom was appreciated. VERY cold outside but room quite comfortable. Didn't know what to expect at Best Western as we've never stayed there before. Compared very well to our usual hotels/motels and will use it again.

Terrible stay at this hotel. Front desk clerk was amazing took her name was Diandra she went above and beyond to be sure I had a comfortable stay being that the water in my room was warm and never got hot during my two day stay there. On my second night I stopped by the front desk to chat with her about my dog and the manager a tall skinny man was super rude rushing her as though she had something to do and not being very courteous to the guest as well making her feel as though she couldn’t have a casual conversation. She was well mannered and clearly was trying to make sure I was happy considering all my room issues. I later stopped her outside and apologized if I got her in any trouble and she was still so sweet and assured me I was no trouble to “her” at all. The staff here is always so hospitable but for some reason management is never around or terrible rude when there presences felt. Not sure I will be returning!

Wanted to make reservations for around Xmas and this happens to be the only hotel in town. Upon checking online I was unable to book. So I called the hotel to which a gentleman told me that they are closed during the holiday season and that the owner only wants to take reservations from the public directly himself as there wouldn’t be breakfast or housekeeping during the holiday. Is this even legal? Every other best western is open except this one. I’ve stayed in Georgetown before and it’s a pitty this is the only hotel because it’s a wreck. Staff is always awesome but on the managements side of things it appears that they do whatever is convenient for the hotel making money it’s never about the guests and this is the hospitality business! Why on earth would I pay full price for a hotel to which is under construction and won’t have housekeeping or breakfast available during my stay. Not to mention this place is as old as dirt and not worth more than 70 bucks. Will never stay there again. They won’t get my hard earned cash never!

Not bad. I found the gentelman, Aaron to be be very thorough and very welcoming. Very professional service! Comfortable motel style entrances and balcony. Quaint and affordable!
