McDonald's

Your new system blows huge chunks. I would strongly advise against using those kiosks for now. It was an excellent idea to try and implement this new technology but I don't think some are ready for it and for the headache it appears to be causing at each McDonald's I have been to it's not working well at all...waited 15mins for 2 coffees and people who ordered after me got coffee before I did.

For a McDonald's it's ok. This location features a play area for kids. The area is nice but fairly small and could be cleaner. The ppl that frequent this location have some very suspect thoughts on what it means to "supervise" their kids. Lunch time is very busy with school kids buying token food to hang out.

Very slow service at this McDonald's. Staff is friendly and they were not busy. I go here every day at about 815 am and its consistently slow. The washrooms however are impeccably maintained

Always had my order not complete. They charge you for what you order and when received it is not same as what you requested. Sometimes the wait is modern 45 minutes. And when your order is not complete we try calling they are very rude on the phone. And request you to join the line line up again. I don't like there service.

I wish I could give it -5 star. Everytime I go to this McDonald's they give me a wrong food or charge me extra. Staff are very rude too. Forget about the drive thru, it takes at least 15mins to get your coffee, people at this branch need serious training. I wish I had the time and energy to complain to their head office.
