The chicken wings and fries are tasty! But sometimes they don't put enough seasoning. And the price is HIGH 22.59 for medium sized fries, about 9 small chicken wings and can of coke, esp for the serving size. If they lowered the price I would give them 5 stars, and I would eat here more often.
First time been here, was excited to try out new restaurant, I ordered the popcorn chicken,shrimp baoger and fried chicken, to be honest I was not happy by the quality and quantity of the food, the vegetables on the baoger was not fresh at all, $10.99 for 9 pieces of popcorn chicken is way too pricey for me and it’s not white meat, the fried chicken taste just average. There was a guy worked at the back with Afro hair, he should consider wearing a hat, otherwise it seems to me not very sanitize and not clean specially when you dealing with food. Not impressed by this restaurant and don’t recommend either.
Way better than your typical fried chicken. Menu is reasonably priced and the quality of food is high. I appreciate this location for being walking distance to the mall. Also wanted to add that the rice in the Monga Bento Box is sooooo good. The flavour is so unique and rich. I would love it if it was a side option.
Finally found our new chicken place! The Taiker is now my new favourite. It’s a huge piece of seaweed flavoured chicken and fried to perfection. Yum! The popcorn chicken is very tasty, crunchy, tender, and has huge pieces of chicken! The mushroom tempura is also a must try. It’s juicy and the flavour is just right - the mushroom taste is not overpowering. It’s really good and we will definitely come back.
Visited for the first time and ordered the trio combo including the sweet potato fries. Wished we didn't have to travel an hour before we dig into it. Though it was a little soggy but they were moist with tons of flavour. We will definitely come back and eat them fresh out of the fryer.
Delicious and crunchy Taiwanese style fried chicken near the square one location! Tried the Taiker - it was crispy on the outside with seaweed flavouring. The piece of chicken was also quite large. Took around 15 minutes for order. There was no dine-in might also be due to COVID so plan to get it as takeout!
My Love For You Is Deep... Fried --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The buzz of downtown is nowhere in Sauga. Monga Canada is popular for their authentic Taiwanese Fried Chicken and yesterday, I was invited to try out their popular eats. Their newest home is in Mississauga and, it's a paradise for all the chicken lovers. So, what all I had? - Signature spicy fried “hot chick” chicken - Chicken popcorns - Sweet potato fries - Kiwi Yogurt The 'hot chick' fried chicken was perfectly balanced with spices and crunchiness loved the kick of Anaheim Pepper, the popcorn chicken was soft, tender and flavour was new to me which is a good thing, the sweet potato had a lovely crunch and Kiwi Yogurt was less sweetened and was quite healthy. This was a new experience and loved devouring the Taiwanese chicken feast. Check out their menu for all the options.
Ordered Spicy Chicken and Chicken Fingers on Uber Eats. Too sweet & my food arrived soggy and wet unfortunately food didn’t travel well .The chicken fingers coating was odd and dough like. Better off getting fingers at Wendy’s or any where else -Over priced, nothing special.
Friendly service, crispy fries was nice. The plum pickle chicken was sooooo good! Also it was big, picture doesn’t show the size. Definitely will go again.
The King is a perfect big cutlet of fried chicken. Not greasy, the meat is tender and not dry, and the slight honey taste is mouthwatering! They have the same seasoning on their fries too, which is so unique. On top of that, the price seals the deal!
