Very dissapointed in ownership/management. My wife and I stayed here first 2 nights after wedding in jacuzzi suite in December 2025. On second night water stopped working for all evening and overnight. Maintenance issues happen, but over 2 months later and being told we would be refunded for that night we didn’t have water, they have yet to actually refund us. I guess we should have stuck with the big brands instead of this place. Things can go wrong anywhere, but it’s how the company reacts that you remember. Being told we’d be refunded only not to be leaves a very sour taste. Very dissapointed in how we have been treated by this place after great wedding. Strongly recommend staying elsewhere for special occasions.nnUpdate- Refund was finally processed in March 2026. Appreciate that they did finally honour the refund, but it did take a while.
Spent this past weekend here. Stay was great, staff were great. Only complaint is that the television isn’t a smart tv, so if you plan on just binge watching some Netflix all weekend you better bring a fire stick so you’re not stuck watching reruns of the first 48 for two days.
Beautiful, clean atmosphere. Lovely, friendly lady at reception. The pampering begins there. Reminder messages were very helpful for me and my busy schedule. I had a pedicure with Amber who had a quiet, calming presence. She is a lovely young lady who was quiet, gentle, attentive and just lovely. Highly recommend Amber
My daughter from Ottawa treated me to a two night stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. Room was spacious with a jacuzzi and fireplace. Got a great manicure at the spa and a delicious lunch in the quaint cafe. A short cab drive to George St and Water St. Perfect location.
Recently went for the Deluxe brow lamination service. The girl was friendly and the service was great , she checked in on my preferences often and communicated the process. Very happy with the result .nHowever they advertise the service with a neck massage which they do not provide.
