Stayed here last year. The room was nice. But the service was absolutely horrible. Got treated very poorly. And one employee even tried ripping me off & making me pay an extra 30 dollars for the hot tub that 2 of my extras didn't even use. Definitely not worth the cost. If you plan on paying as much as I did, the delta in st.johns is better!!

I have stayed here before and had a great experience with the misses. She booked this weekend for me as I needed timers relax after being stressed with work. It Was nice to see the Reno’s But after this weekend we will never be back again just a totally bad experience all around. From the girl being rude with us on check in Saturday night and when asked a question she just passed it off. Then we asked about booking appointments at the spa was told to call them ourself. I booked massage for the misses at the suites desk before the people would call them and work it out. We just passed after this. Worst time I stayed there and we won’t be back.

Outside suites need to be updated. We paid a ridiculous amount of money for the service we received. It is way overpriced and they've certainly increased pricing under their newest management. I used to love their suite night special which doesn't exist anymore. We stayed to celebrate our engagement but definitely won't be going back unless they make some changes

Beautiful suites, the service was excellent. No rooms with much of a view, but they were extremely cozy. Reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a night out with their significant other.

We had a really great time. The spa itself was so beautiful, clean and relaxing. The service providers were fantastic however customer servive on the front desk and spa attendants could be greatly improved. Overall a good experience and I would recommend.
