I stayed at this hotel in June 2024. The room was well appointed. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was very accommodating. The staff was super friendly. It's a beautiful hotel. Not sure what the view from the hotel is like. It was too foggy to see the water.
The rooms are fantastic. There is a fridge and iron and blow dryer in room. The restaurant is great. Walking distance to everything downtown. Short walk and you have restaurants and pubs and patios. Suggest a walk on the pier. There are two patios on the pier too. Water street is 1/2 block. Uber there and taxi fares from there are very reasonable.
We recently stayed at the Delta Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but what stood out the most was the friendly staff.nnFrom check-in to check-out, everyone was courteous and helpful.nnA special thanks to Alper, who went above and gave us travel tips and wonderful informations about city.nnI'll definitely recommend.
While the location seems a bit on the outskirts, it's actually quite close to everything without having to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle.nnWe had a view of the St. John's Harbour, which was nice to have even if it was a busy port.
Worst service ever , I call room service for a box of tissue , room service asked me to call front desk, I phoned front desk 3 times , none picked up the phone , then I called the room service again , asked whom should I speak to , is there a shift manager ? then the room service said she will figure out for me and deliver me box of tissue later . what a bad experience despite the dark corridor and dirty carpet . very disappointed .
