*SCAMMERS* These guys claimed that fixing my front glass would also mean that I need to replace my phones back glass and that if we kept it "hush hush" they could do it for $50 cash instead of $100 that Fido would charge. I showed my phone to an actual Fido employee working at the Fido store at the same shopping center and I was told that the front and back glass are independent of each other and do not need to both be replaced. With this information I called the other phone repair location in Carrefour Laval where I was also told that both sides did not need to be replaced. Be very careful in dealing with this Fairview store because they are more than willing to charge you extra for something you do not need and I doubt before long there will be a class action suit against these scammers.

HORRIBLE PLACE. HORRIBLE customer service. They sell you the wrong items for your phone. Bunch of liars and thieves. DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL. All they're going to do is take your money. He sold me a screen protector that came off in 2 days and refused to exchange it. He is not friendly and is a rude man. There are way more better places out there than this one.
