Bought one of their PC on Best Buy. They held it for a week for no reason, and when I called Best Buy and UPS they told me it was ALC's fault. Call there, the guy from shipping cannot answer and has his mailbox full. After 3 calls where they hung up before answering, I finally got through. So what had happened? They don't know. The next day, I got news. My PC finally got delivered... To their office. So what had happened. They don't know. At that point I got sick of it and just asked for a refund. The fact that their shipping to be got problems twice is bad enough, but it was way too hard to reach them, and even then I never really knew what had happened.

Very good Service and fast answers to my questions. I had missed the purchase of a very good PC. This company has done their best to find me a PC with the same specifications. I didn't believed it will be possible. They even delivered 1 week before. What I appreciated were the quick answers to questions and how fast they resolved a technical issue. Thanks to this company.
