Today, my friend and I went to Best Buy to purchase a TV, and it was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The moment we walked into the TV section, we were approached by a salesperson. We politely said we were fine, but then another one came, then a third, and then a fourth. It felt like we were being hunted rather than helped.nnWhen we finally chose a TV that fit our budget, the fourth salesperson tried to push us into buying a different, more expensive model. Even after we explained our budget and preference, he kept insisting, making us feel pressured and uncomfortable. At that point, the whole experience felt exhausting and disrespectful.nnInstead of feeling supported, we felt harassed and pushed around. We ended up leaving without buying anything, simply because we couldn’t enjoy the process of making our purchase. Best Buy seriously needs to train their staff to respect customers’ decisions and stop the constant pressure tactics.nnI won’t be coming back.
The employees have little knowledge about products,when i went to pick up my online order for my camera i ask them abt the offer and then i waited for 30 min then they said i cannot buy the lense and battery both in offer even when it say soo on offer. One manager says yes u can buy both battery and lense in offer. The customer service girl says no u can only get battries on half price as per another mamager Inder. I dont know other employee names. But they wasted my 1.5 hr in store and the customer service girl was not even sorry. None of the employee was welcoming. Just giving excuesses that it happens as we are very busy. This is so frustrating. I will never go to this store. I would recommend buy somewhere else.nnTotal purchase $1040 bad customer experience.

My family lost our tv the 29th of December on 2025. It just stopped working it was very old. The issue wasn't with ordering a new tv but with getting it.nnWe ordered it the 29th and were told it would arrive the 31st. It didn't. We were stuck at home all day waiting for it to arrive and it didn't. We called UPS we were told they were delivering it and got told that they handed it off to a third party and it wasn't in their hands anymore.nnWe called again and were told it would arrive the 2nd. It didn't. We once again called and were told it would arrive the 5th. It did. Except it arrived with the box broken and bashed up and mangled.nnWe once again went back to store to return it because we refused to keep a tv that might be broken. We stood in line for an hour, had to get the replacement tv ourselves only to be told we shouldn't have returned it and that it was perfectly fine. We did end up exchanging it and were even set to have it calibrated the 17th.nnTwo days before the 17th an appointment we've had since the beginning we got a call saying they had no space to come that day and that WE would have to rearrange our schedule so they could come another day. All in all it was a horrible experience and I will never be using best buy again unless I absolutely have to.
