A store employee talked me into buying an expensive RC boat. He said the range is good and the battery lasts. 

We brought it out on the lake and the battery died within 5 minutes. The current took it away and we lost it forever.

The store is full of over-priced consumer-oriented electronics.

Ordered an item online and selected in store pickup option.  I got the email saying my package arrived to my local store. I went to my local store with the printed email. The in store sales guy said they don't have my purchase but I could buy another one and then proceeded to try to sell me Bell TV services.  I revisited the store again a few days later and asked for the manager and then finally got my order..
