I recently visited the Apple Store at Fairview Pointe-Claire to pick up a replacement Mac after multiple repairs. While the initial paperwork went smoothly, things took a disappointing turn when I was told that the original box had to be kept to return the defective device. This requirement wasn’t communicated beforehand, causing unnecessary inconvenience. When I asked if I could return the next morning with the box, they refused, stating that they needed to ship it first thing in the morning. However, no postal service operates that early, which added to the confusion and frustration.nnAdditionally, when I called Apple Support to explain the situation, they were surprised and had never encountered such a scenario before. They contacted the store, and the store explained that it was a special situation, which was why they had to proceed this way.nnMoreover, the staff opened and unboxed the new Mac for me, which completely ruined the excitement of experiencing that first unboxing myself. I had to go home, retrieve the original box, and return to the store, making the entire process feel more like a hassle than a helpful service.nnOverall, the experience was disappointing. While the staff was polite, clearer communication and a more customer-friendly approach would have made a huge difference.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Apple Store. The service was beyond disappointing. I had to wait a really long time before anyone even came to help me, and when someone finally did, they left me alone for more than 25 minutes each time with no explanation. They didn’t seem interested in actually helping me at all, they just made me restart my phone multiple times and go through the whole setup process from A to Z, only for it to still not work in the end. It was a complete waste of my entire day. Everyone there the employees seemed more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. They clearly saw me waiting for a long time and just ignored me. Totally unprofessional, lazy, and full of excuses. I will never be coming back to this Apple Store again, and I do not recommend it to anyone. Horrible service from start to finish!

I went 3 times with no luck to fix my daughter iPad even it was under warranty but i had to wait 2 hours every time which i really didnt have the time to do so. Beside that when you enter the store you wait a bit until one of the employees notice you and cut his conversation with his colleague to ask you if you need anything.nAlso I went for different reason which is my watch which burned the protection that i put it because it turned very hot and they didn’t do anything about it even it would explode or burn the things around it but they take it as a silly issue!!! I found that really weird.

The staff don't respect the dress code. They are all in jogging pants, dress down, chewing gums while talking to clients. The high end Apple products do not match with the staff presentation.
