Apple Fairview Pointe-Claire

Every time I'm there, I get great service, never have to wait too long and the reps are usually very knowledgeable (and if they're not, they always hook me up with someone who is). Top notch store

Amazingly fast service. On our first minute in the store an employee came to us and helped us choose what we had come for. She was very helpful and efficient. Within about 10 minutes we were done and this was a Saturday when the store was crowded. Great experience.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Everything is stock. Only minus is that due to the store being busy it can sometimes be hard to get a salesperson.

The store is very nice but the customer service is not. I had a simple question, the sales associate made me walk to her, didn't have the answer, said someone would be with me shortly. I waited and waited and no one came to help. I would understand if the store was really busy but it wasn't. It is too bad the Apple has let the customer experience fall to this level.

What happened to this store?!!! A year ago I went in with my daughter to purchase her 1st iPod and had excellent service. Yesterday afternoon I went in with the kids for headphones. As we were looking at the models I got elbowed by an employee who was rushing by with 3 boxes. He didn't even notice so I followed him to let him know and I said "excuse me but..." I couldn't finish my sentence before he rudely interrupted me :"I'm with a client right now". I told him he had bumped me and then he apologized. Having identified a few models the kids were interested I went to front of the store where there has always been one or two greeters who dispatch customer requests to staff once they are free. I walked up to what I though was one of these and he said rudely "I can't help you right now I'm dealing with a customer escalation". I said no problem I just need service once someone is free. I told him that usually there are greeters etc he said that it's been a while since such positions were removed!!!!. I returned to the kids to leave and just before doing so an apologetic and kind employee was sent to help us! This store needs a good internal audit to find out why service quality has slumped so badly. Management should also replace employees who are not up to par at offering the Apple service we are used to and pay for!
