I have been a loyal client of yours for 10+ years and had a problem with my phone and I was looking to do an early upgrade, I asked a simple question to your rep at the Fairview pointe Claire location I asked if you priced matched because I saw the phone was cheaper at telus. He told me that if I liked the telus price better I should just cancel my plan and go with telus! With customer service like that how could I not! Worst company ever!

Just don’t go here. Unless you are a new customer they don’t care to help you. I left Fairview with another provider.

I went to the Bell store at Fairview Pointe-Claire to activate an iPhone. On the plan that I chose, the store clerk told me the phone would be $398 but that he would give a $100 store credit towards the device. When I got home. I notice that the iPhone is $298 with the plan I took. So where is my store credit ???

I went to the desk to get some help, the staff member was very rude. I then just left her after she was complaining about how I didnt understand something. I came back the next day, went to the desk and saw a different person. Guess what?, the same bad attitude. If you want a smooth experience staff-wise, do not come here.
